Have you ever tried London Fog gelato? Our gelato factory is where we feature exclusive creations not available in stores. New and unique flavours are changed daily, and they re available for a scoop or a pint to take home. This season's flavours include Dark Chocolate Blacksmith, Passionfruit Rosemary Sorbetto, Cranberry Cheesecake, Pine & Honey, and Rice Pudding.

Our Artisan Gelato is crafted from simple ingredients, sourced as locally as possible, and as fresh as we can make them.

We create our flavors using vanilla beans from the Bourbon region on Madagascar, rich dutch cocoa, herbs from local farmers, unpasteurized honey from High River, Alberta, and real Canadian milk. Flavors like Raspberry Lime, Dark Chocolate Caramel Sea Salt, Blueberry Basil and Frozen Hot Chocolate anchor and inspire our offerings that expand to limited-edition flavors inspired by holidays, seasons, people and places.

TAKE A TRIP TO
MALLOW LAND.

Available in very limited quantities during the holiday season, our Salted Caramel and Vanilla Bean mallows re fluffy pillows of goodness are delicious on their own - or even better atop a steamy mug of our famous Drinking Chocolate. A (secret) fun fact: we still get to make mallows for our Frozen Hot Chocolate gelato each and every week ;).
